This policy explains what information Ramp Local SEO ("Ramp Local SEO", "we", "us") collects through ramplocalseo.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We're based in Grand Ledge, Michigan.

What information do we collect?

• What you send us. When you fill in a form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, main service, town and message.
• How you found us. With each form, we record the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters).
• Calls. If you call a tracking number shown on our website or Google Business Profile, our call tracking provider records the call's date, time, duration and your phone number, and, if call recording is turned on, a recording of the call.
• Website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location and how you arrived. This information doesn't identify you by name.

How do we use it?

• To respond to your request, prepare your free local SEO audit and follow up about it.
• To provide services to clients and send related communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who do we share information with?

Only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:

• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management, calling and messaging platform, which stores form submissions and call records.
• Google Analytics, for website usage statistics.
• Netlify, which hosts this website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website works without cookies.

How long do we keep it?

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to respond, provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by emailing gabriel@ramplocalseo.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
